- All guests are subject to verification checks and must provide the necessary information within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings must provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification criteria.

Couldn’t check in until after 4 pm unless you pay a fee which was ok but when we arrived the apartment was very dirty with hair on the bedding, floors, living room, and bathroom. There were also stains on the couch. This was extremely frustrating considering check in is so late. I took pictures and sent it to the host and co-hosts which the co-host responded telling me the cleaning crew wouldn’t be able to go until the following day and “thanked me for my understanding” which upset me more because I wasn’t going to stay in the filth of the previous tenants. The actual host responded and was very apologetic and gave me the option for a discounted price or a full refund which we opted for a full refund. This ruined our entire trip as we weren’t able to find another hotel as there was an event happening in town causing the surrounding area to be fully booked. I dont know why I was only refunded $68 out of $248 and Airbnb has not been helpful either. Won’t be booking anymore with Airbnb.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, modern, and very comfortable. Everything was well organized, and the attention to detail really stood out. The location was convenient and made getting around easy. The host was responsive and made check-in and check-out smooth. Overall, it felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

This downtown Dallas rental was as described. It has secure garage parking and key fob entry into the building. The unit itself was clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom was well stocked with individually wrapped essentials such as toothbrushes, razors, Q-tips etc, as well as shampoo and body wash dispensers in the shower. The location is near several restaurants, bars and museums so was perfect for my quick weekend getaway. Hosts were very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall the place was great. Any issues the owner acknowledged and is working to get them resolved. For the price we paid it was fantastic. The only complaint I have is out of the owners control such as having to register daily for parking. But that is a small inconvenience for free parking. The ONLY thing to consider is some of the other tenants in the building have a certain smoke the is in the halls again minor issue that is out of the owners control.
