- All guests are subject to verification checks and must provide the necessary information within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings must provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification criteria.

Medium stays (6-28 nights): $200 total
Long stays (29+ nights): $300 total.

I enjoyed my stay, aside from the screaming kids running around outside the door, the apartment was very cozy clean, and nice. The area was not as safe once you get outside the garage and there are multiple signs warning you as well. However the garage has a bunch of cameras.

I was very pleased with my Stay at Kelly's location. The check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The location was perfect for the things I planned for my trip. The parking was very convent and private. I would definitely stay again.
